Faucet

Fixed drop of 10 GEN per eligible request. One successful drip per recipient address every 30 minutes. Prefer the explorer wallet UI; it uses a same-origin proxy.

Wire conventions

Amounts / balances: decimal strings of u128 (never JS numbers)
Hashes: 0x + 64 lowercase hex chars
Addresses: bech32m HRP gen
Timestamps: Unix microseconds
Submitted txs: 0x + hex of rkyv WireTransaction
Signatures: ML-DSA-65 (FIPS 204), 3,309 bytes
